Have the services come out and quote you a price for one-time service as well as for ongoing maintenance. Most services offer free estimates. (Never pay a contractor to give an estimate.) Expect a cleaning on an average-size house to cost approximately $75. Check to make sure the services are fully insured.
Ask for references if you're concerned about the reliability of the services. Check these references and see if the contractors have performed satisfactorily for other customers.
